This year’s show will be held on Saturday 7th September 2024 at Meadow Farm Windley and will commence with Horse & Pony events at 9.30 am.
The cost of stands are as follows;
- An outside 4m pitch for charities £20
- Standard outside 4m pitch £40
- All catering Stands £60
- A marquee inside trestle table pitch £40

Conditions of Entry
Access to the show ground will be from 7.30 on Saturday 7th September unless by prior agreement, sites will be marked out at the discretion of the show and no pitch can be guaranteed.
All stalls to be set in allocated positions by 10am.
Outside stallholders to provide their own staging and cover.
No gambling, lotteries, or other games of chance to be held.
Stands are responsible for removing their own waste from site.
Free show entry for two people only per trade stand.
